Propriano can be found between Bonifacio and Ajaccio, providing a small commune resort experience that is easy to explore. There’s a main beach, a coastal section, and a small shopping district that allows you to stroll at your leisure. It is an excellent location for families who are traveling for a holiday or weekend getaway.
You’ll want to begin your visit to Propriano with a leisurely walk around the harbor. It will let you enjoy the colorful homes that overlook the Mediterranean and get a taste of the commune’s relaxing atmosphere. Behind the harbor, you can head over to the Church of Notre Dame de la Misericorde to get a panoramic view of the entire area.
